We're half way thru February...and the weather is playing tricks on us. One day it's sunny, the winter jackets come off and the aspens are budding it seems as if spring is around the corner. Today it snows. " Inbetween days"...as if the seasons can't make up their minds. These are days where we go for walks and come in from the grey and cold and have hot tea with honey, sit by the fire and read & play cards and wish for warmer days to come.

Love the quote. We had snow the last two days and today is very very cold. The sun is shining though, which is nice, I just wish it would bring some warmth with it. We are so ready for spring.
ReplyDeleteIt was nice enough for walking on Friday and Saturday and today-brr- it is cold! Love your header :)
ReplyDeleteI had my first day in the veg garden today; cold but sunny here in the North of Scotland, the best kind of day. The annual February hacking back of last years raspberry canes signals the start of the gardening year for me (rubbing hands together in anticipation!)
ReplyDeletei feel your wistfulness and i do like your description of inbetween days. spring must be incredibly welcome after the snow cold days of winter. it will be here soon!
ReplyDeletePerfect quote..
ReplyDeleteDreaming of 'springing' off the back porch, full tilt run, wagon in tow, seeds flying, blue sky, hurry up and get the wash out kinda morning.. dreaming..
I love it, inbetween days sounds like the perfect definition!
ReplyDeleteI have to tell you Camilla that I have popped back in to visit your space several times just to gaze at your header, it is beyond amazing. I keep waiting to get my daugher in love over here to show her, she is the one that train horses for a living, she is going to just be blown away!
