The sun is shining
and our hearts are happy
Chef and feel like we can breathe
Finished taping and sheet rocking
so
this weekend we painted the interior of Base Camp Cafe!
Chef wants to frame my paint pants-
thinks they are a work of art
with all the paint I have gotten on them over the years.
We picked a warm "latte" color
It's an incredible feeling to feel that we are
on the other side
and accomplishing our dream
Now the fun stuff starts
all the finish work
landscaping
and of course
fine tuning the menu
Weaver gravel did an amazing job
with all their digging and getting the pipes ready to install
and asphalting the parking
here is the finished ADA parking
All I can say is that we have
major happiness infusion
here @ 140!

Camilla, I am so very happy for all of you! I do know the hard work of construction so to see you nearing the finish line is pretty exciting. I do hope you post the menu when it's complete, I love to read them and this way when I finally make it that way I will know exactly what to order. ;)

ReplyDeleteps: i have an old pair of levi 501s that are full of paint and motor oil and life at it's messiest. they are also my favorite and most comfortable jeans ;-)
