A little doing...

Montana is finally warming up
100 degrees  & sun is shining
we went for our first swim!
Thunder and hot weather
 ice cream,
Sporting bathing suits and sloppy wet towels around my waist all day
seems to be my haute couture these days...not complaining.
and when not soaking up the the sunshine

I do:
A little knitting- some well needed dishcloths
they are tres useful around here...
and I love using up stash.

A little reading- lots of time to just and "be" with foghorn and get lost in book.
A little cooking and trying new recipies.
Just discovered this site
Tasty Kitchen

can you really consider this breakfast?
ehem...sign me up!

A little painting- just having fun with a little paints and rocks.

A little ETSY- yes, I so do love this place.

Here are some of my new favorite shops:

We are spending lots of time outdoors - gardening, hiking, picnics, playing and just being. Summer is awesome and we are really enjoying it!

  4. What a great way to spend summer. I can see and smell it through your words and photos. A few shops to check out - oh my. I have been thinking of the last few things I want to do in the east before we leave. Our time here is coming to an end and we will begin the drawn out trip home to AZ.

  7. So much fun!
We are preparing for a large gathering at our homestead this weekend in celebration of our oldest's graduation from homeschool to college.
So many details - cleaning.... prepping, etc...
Also getting in some knitting and sewing - have to keep that creativity nurtured.
    Thanks so for sharing.

  8. I could live on Etsy. It is just not safe for me and my checkbook.
Don't you just love that if your need a dishcloth, you can just whip one up. And the homemade kind are the best, aren't they?

May the Warm Winds of Heaven
Blow softly upon your house.
May the Great Spirit
Bless all who enter there.
May your Mocassins
Make happy tracks
in many snows,
and may the Rainbow
Always touch your shoulder.
