some favorites....

This came in the mail yesterday
big fan of hand made soap
I love ETSY

My favorite catalog
so visually inspiring and this cover is just simply
dreamy
They have an super cool website here

I found an amazing skin care product and have been using it for 6 months

love!

Best store bought cookie!

by Kashi.
Not too sweet and 1 cookie is like a meal
...amaze balls if you ask me
no guilt- absolutely not.

Found a clever way to do my prints
 easier than the lino cut

...and yes, I am up to something

So what is your new favorite(s)?

  1. How wonderful to be dyeing again!
Also, what materials did you use for the printing? That looks like such a great idea.
    Thanks for sharing the inspiration,

  4. Thank you so much for the skin care recommendation Camilla, my skin needs help!
With the weather bouncing all over the place, along with my hormones, my skin
could use a little extra attention so I will have to try this out.

Can't wait to see what you're up to!

  10. Please explain the printmaking?? I am trying to make my own stamps for mixed media art and having a really hard time finding things that will make a nice print/stencil and not bleed to the other side. I would welcome your findings!

    1. Plexiglass & wonder foam found at Dick Blick art supply. Once you apply your ink- turn it over to the textile/paper and use a rolling pin to apply even pressure. The other thing you can do is use "soft kut print block" and speedball carving tools also found @ Dick Blick. Good luck!

May the Warm Winds of Heaven
Blow softly upon your house.
May the Great Spirit
Bless all who enter there.
May your Mocassins
Make happy tracks
in many snows,
and may the Rainbow
Always touch your shoulder.
